We’re an Australian based B2B window blind manufacturer called SOE™ and we are dedicated to revolutionized window furnishing industry by shorter lead times and unparallel Customer service.

We’ve been doing this work for 12 years, have an awesome team of coaches and we have worked with over 1000 clients and have a proven track record of being an industry leader.

We are going through an exciting growth phase and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team.

To be successful with us, you must be a self motivated creative thinker with a strategic mindset. You’ll possess a deep understanding of multi- brand development, reputation management, and content strategy.

You should be adept at managing lead generation, overseeing product promotion, and comfortable building a strong social media presence. You have a true passion & proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

? Brand Development and Management: Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and recognition. We have 2 brands that you will work across, LuxeLoom and SOE™.
? Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company's online and offline presence, ensuring a positive brand image.
? Partnership Management: Work on forming important relationships & identifying key partnership opportunities for the business.
? Content Strategist and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various channels, including social media, email, podcast and blog, to engage and attract our target audience.
? Understand our target audience, their pains, frustrations and deepest desires better than they know themselves.
? Copywriting and Editing: Work closely with direct response copywriters and editors to ensure high converting, compelling and persuasive messaging in various marketing channels.
? Lead Generation: Take ownership of lead generation efforts, utilising effective marketing techniques to drive quality leads and conversions.
? Product Promotion: Collaborate with the production team to understand the customer journey and promote this to our target audience.
? Media Buying Management: Oversee our media buyer and ensure the availability of adequate resources, such as copy, images, and videos, to scale advertising spend effectively. Our paid digital strategy has a large focus on FB, IG & YT Adverts.
? Website Management: Work with external web developers to establish and maintain high-quality websites, optimising user experience and ensuring brand consistency.
? Creative Asset Coordination: Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing and on-brand assets for ads, videos, and other promotional materials.
? Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics, including email open rates, click-through rates, and ad performance, to optimise campaigns and enhance results. We track in Hyros & Upgrade to see actual info.
? Collaboration and Alignment: Foster effective collaboration between sales, marketing, and coaching teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and client attraction.
? Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth.
? Meetings: Run the weekly marketing call, reporting back to the leadership team on progression or any bottlenecks.


Key Requirements:

? Minimum of 3 years doing this work, with results and knowledge to prove it
? Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and digital marketing
? Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising, and content marketing
? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Competent in managing a team of 4-5, including full time & contract employees
? Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
? Strong project & time management
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
