About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Brand Designer to join our team, someone who is passionate about crafting visually stunning and strategically driven brand identities. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead high-end branding projects for startups and established companies, helping them bring their visions to life through powerful design.

What you’ll be doing

Brand Development:

Lead the design process for creating full brand identities from initial concept to final delivery.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, audience, and vision, translating them into impactful visual identities.

Create visual identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines that work seamlessly across various mediums.

High-Impact Design:

Produce top-tier brand assets, including a comprehensive Brand Style Guide, Moodboard, Logo & Wordmark, Color System, Typography System, Brand Strategy & Positioning, and both Short and Long Form Narratives, as well as Tone & Voice guidelines. The scope may also extend to creating Marketing Examples & Mockups, designing a Landing Page with integrated Motion Graphics, developing a cohesive Photography System, and incorporating AI-driven prompting for creative innovation.

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, delivering cohesive brand experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Develop bold, innovative designs that push the creative boundaries while maintaining business objectives.

Client Collaboration:

Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, explain the rationale behind creative decisions, and gather feedback.

Ensure effective communication and alignment with clients, delivering exceptional brand experiences on time and on budget.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with our web designers, product designers, and strategists to ensure that the brand is integrated across all digital and physical platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Brand Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates high-end branding projects.

Mastery of Figma and similar tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).

A deep understanding of brand strategy and how it impacts business goals.

Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design that delivers top-tier results.

Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
