We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Brand Collaboration Manager** to exclusively represent a single influencer in identifying, sourcing, and securing paid collaborations with brands. This role focuses on finding opportunities for high-quality, long-term partnerships across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others. You will handle all aspects of outreach, communication, negotiation, and booking, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that align with the influencer's brand and goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Sourcing & Outreach:
- Research and identify brands that align with the influencer’s niche and audience.
- Build a targeted pipeline of potential collaborations.
- Proactively reach out to brands and agencies to pitch the influencer for paid campaigns.
2. Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, building strong relationships that lead to repeat partnerships.
- Maintain open and professional communication with brands to represent the influencer effectively.
3. Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Negotiate campaign terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation that reflect the influencer’s value.
- Ensure all agreements align with the influencer’s preferences and maintain their brand integrity.
4. Campaign Coordination
- Act as the liaison between the brand and the influencer to manage content approval, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee booking, scheduling, and execution of all campaign requirements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Keep detailed records of all communications, contracts, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to the influencer on progress and opportunities.
6. Platform Strategy & Growth:
- Monitor trends and identify emerging opportunities that align with the influencer’s goals.
- Advise on best practices to maximize campaign success and audience engagement.
Requirements
-Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record of securing high-value collaborations for influencers or creators.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deals at different stages.
- Proficiency in tools like CRM systems, project management software, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of influencer platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Familiarity with pricing structures, sponsorship guidelines, and content strategies.
