JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Global growing Eccommerce Company looking for a Specialist that can help us manager our ecommerce Amazon and Shopify stores as well as do some Accounting/Bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks for us. Full Time Salaried Position.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Handle Customer Service Replies via Email and Chat
2. Creating Cases For Reimbursements and Amazon Claims
3. Responding to Customer Service Requests through Amazon Messaging and Email
4. Managing Customer Returns Shipment Requests through PirateShip, Shipstation, or Veeqo
5. Review and Respond to Reviews and Feedback
6. Filing Claims with USPS for lost shipping
7. Finance Bookkeeping and Excel Reconciliation using Quickbooks
8. Has high energy, flexibility, and great customer service skills. Need to speak, read, and write good English

Tasks Include but not limited to: Bookkeeping, Handling all Customer Service requests, reading all reviews and feedback posted to our seller accounts online and on amazon and responding directly to customers with a solution. Doing product research using Alibaba and google. Contacting Suppliers via email and alibaba, and skype to get quotes, samples, info. Using Excel daily and Google Docs to manage our products, samples, you will also be tracking inventory and placing our orders directly with manufacturers. Manage our customer service and resolution process. Once you master these tasks, you will be promoted to a managerial role where you will be responsible for hiring and training other Virtual Assistants to handle similar tasks.

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Customer Service Experience in a previous job with Ecomm Management Experience (Amazon Helpful)
* Accounting Background, degree or experience with bookkeeping/finance management
* Excel, Word, Office, Google Docs, Skype, Gmail, Internet experience required
* Typing 35+ WPM (Please send screen shot of a recent typing test when replying)
* Good English Grammar skills: Able to hold a conversation via Phone in English, Email, Chat

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
* Trello, Asana Project or Basecamp Project Management Software
* Quickbooks knowledge and experience
* Amazon Seller Central Account Experience
* tiktok shop Experience
* Shopify Experience
* Photoshop/Graphic work in past is helpful but not required
