We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeping Assistant to support our daily financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a strong ability to follow a schedule and complete tasks efficiently. The role involves managing bookkeeping entries, handling client documents, and working with AI-driven tools for document retrieval and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping entries in QuickBooks, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and categorized correctly.
Retrieve and organize documents from clients and upload them to an AI system.
Navigate various websites to gather necessary documents and store them in the appropriate AI-designated folders.
Assist in preparing documents for new clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and organized.
Manage
Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments and ensuring meetings are properly arranged.
Perform miscellaneous office tasks as needed to support smooth business operations.
