The Bookkeeping Lead is responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reports, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to clients. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey financial findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Audit & Review – Regularly audit financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
Financial Analysis – Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Client Advising – Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on financial reports.
Process Improvement – Suggest and implement best practices to enhance bookkeeping efficiency.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with bookkeepers to maintain accurate records.
Effective Communication – Clearly present financial data and insights to clients in an understandable manner.
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Experience: 3+ years in bookkeeping, auditing, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
