Job Summary:

We are JJ Productions LLC in Sandy Utah our entity
University Bookkeeping Services LLC.Is hiring for a Bookkeeping Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating bookkeeping activities, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with internal teams to support the organization's financial operations through QuickBooks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Properly categorizing all of the charts of accounts.
Proficient and thorough.
Knowledgeable about the chart of accounts.
Daily bookkeeping in Quickbooks.
Record financial transactions.
Update and maintain financial records across entities.
Manage accounts using specialized software (Quickbooks).
Track company income and expenditures.
Notify the manager of any accounting errors.
Documenting transaction details.
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
Update and maintain the general ledger or the in house application Quickbooks Online.
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system (Quickbooks).
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
Monitor any variances from the projected budget.
Working with an accountant when necessary.
Handling monthly payroll together with HR.
Prepare, review, and understand a financial statement.
Bank reconciliation

Relevant Skills and Knowledge:

Accounting knowledge.
Understanding accounting best practices.
Data entry skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Online.l.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and management
