Bookkeepers Assistant

Seeking a remote bookkeepers assistant for video production agency, Looking to start immediately

We are a US based video production agency seeking an energetic go-getter to join our team. We have been in business for 23 years and after a year of downsizing we are seeking the right candidate to assist us in our financial needs

Duties:
Employee Payroll - we have an offsite accountant who handles this, we will transition you in over time
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Credit Card Entries and Reconciliations
Year end accounting support including 1099's, W2's, etc.
Respond to vendor payment requests
assistance with other clerical tasks
Skills:

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Attention to detail
Ability to work directly with office manager and accountant
Solid understanding of bookkeeping software and financial processes
Self-starter, ambitious, organized, professional, well put together, honest, moral and ethical!
