Bookkeeper/QuickBooks Specialist VA

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QuickBooks Financial Reporting Specialist & Bookkeeper. This role involves assisting with monthly profit and loss reporting, balance sheet preparation using QuickBooks, and bookkeeping tasks for our home cleaning and rental property businesses. In addition to proficiency in QuickBooks, a strong understanding of Excel is essential, as the new hire will be responsible for adding relevant financial data to a custom Excel dashboard

This is a part-time position with a shift during Philippine daytime, ideally 6am to include some overlap with US time.

Responsibilities:
1. Generate monthly reports on profit/loss and balance sheet using QuickBooks.
2. Handle bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
3. Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
4. Input and manage financial data in a custom Excel dashboard.
5. Collaborate with the CEO to understand specific reporting requirements.
6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
7. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping with proficiency in QuickBooks for financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of Excel and experience working with custom dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the potential for future involvement in financial data analysis.
