Key Responsibilities:
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS.
• Assist attorneys with preparing, organizing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Manage and maintain client files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and appointments for attorneys.
• Provide support during trials, including preparing exhibits and taking notes.
• Handle daily bookkeeping functions, such as invoicing clients, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable.
• Maintain and track client billing records, ensuring accurate financial documentation.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role in a legal environment.
• Strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance, with knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial records.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of legal billing practices and time-tracking systems is a plus.
