Bookkeeper/Accountant

Looking for a accountant for property management accounting. MUST HAVE 3+ years expirence in U.S. property management accounting (IE multi-family/commerical/HOA) Software we use is QBO, Buidlium, Appfolio, DoorGrow and similar software. Must be able to complete under accrual accounting, balance sheet workbooks, etc.. Will start as part-time, expected to grow to full-time work.
