Job Description:

We are seeking experienced bookkeepers to assist in providing bookkeeping services to our US-based clients, primarily Real Estate investors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bookkeeping, particularly with experience using QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform data entry and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as a virtual bookkeeper for a US-based client.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Experience working as an accountant/bookkeeper for US Real Estate clients is a must.
• Reliable setup: computer, wired internet connection, headset, webcam.
