I’m seeking an experienced, fast learner with strong comprehension skills to work as a highly technical Bookkeeper (30 hours/week initially, with potential for 40 hours/week based on performance).

Your Top Tasks:
Maintain primary Excel sheets with formulas, troubleshoot, provide feedback, and enhance them.
Perform bookkeeping duties such as payroll and bill payments.
Manage books.
Handle client email correspondence on my behalf.
Respond to incoming calls. Do outbound calls.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and reminders.
Conduct client follow-ups.
Assist with copywriting.
Execute text and email marketing campaigns.
Undertake other assistant tasks as required.

Job Requirements:
Proactive, straightforward, with excellent communication and comprehensive management skills.
Proficient with spreadsheets, documents, and emails.
Must have reliable internet connection, as well as power and internet backups.

Pay:
You will begin with lower pay initially (as specified in the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to earn bonuses.
Payment will be based on hours worked.
Incremental raises will be provided over time based on your growth.
