Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable bookkeeper to manage the financial records of a sole proprietorship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for categorizing and reconciling 50-100 transactions per month, ensuring GST is filed quarterly, and providing monthly financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Categorization: Accurately categorize all monthly transactions from Hubdoc into QBO.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate.
GST Filing: Prepare and file quarterly GST returns.
