We pride ourselves on offering a personalized, high-quality experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial tasks.

Role Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for compiling time sheets, generating financial reports, invoicing clients, and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing or a related creative industry and be comfortable working with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and manage employee time sheets for billing purposes.
Prepare and send invoices to clients on a regular basis.
Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
Create detailed financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to track the company’s performance.
Reconcile bank accounts, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Work with tax preparers and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Manage and update client contracts, ensuring proper billing terms.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative industry.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Wave.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management and time-tracking software (e.g., Trello, Toggl).
Familiarity with invoicing systems or software integrations common in digital agencies.
Knowledge of financial reporting specific to service-based businesses.
