Schedule:
Daytime hours, following Australian time.

Compensation:
$800 to $1,000 USD per month

Key Responsibilities:
Admin & Customer Support:
-Answering phone calls and handling initial client inquiries.
-Scheduling jobs and managing rescheduling as needed.
-Tracking and managing permits required for each job.
-Creating and maintaining a pricing structure.
-Researching and updating supplier price lists (e.g., Resi Plumbing, Southern Plumbing).
-Managing vehicle registrations, insurance, and servicing reminders.
-Following up with staff to ensure proper job notes and compliance checklists are completed.

Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
-Invoicing clients based on job completion details.
-Reconciling accounts and ensuring payments are received on time.
-Processing payroll and ensuring staff wages are correctly tracked.
-Managing cash flow tracking and working alongside the accountant.
-Researching and managing insurance policies (e.g., public liability, workers' compensation).

Operational Support:
-Assisting with data entry for products and services.
-Organising and maintaining digital records for financial and compliance documentation.
-Monitoring and updating stock levels and ordering supplies when needed.

Leag Generation:
-Researching tools and resources to improve business efficiency.
-Researching competitors and industry trends in EV and home energy efficiency.
-Monitoring and tracking relevant online communities, industry blogs, and government announcements to provide regular updates on emerging trends in the energy efficiency market.
-Assisting with LinkedIn outreach—sending personalized messages and follow-ups to potential business leads.


Key Qualifications:
>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance and Admin Assistant with responsibilities in financial management, bookkeeping, operations, and lead generation.
>Proven track record in roles involving direct client interaction, scheduling, and operational support in a service-oriented environment.
>Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
>Strong communication and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic work environment.
