Your Role:
As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' financial systems run smoothly. You’ll:
- Use the ATO Portal to manage BAS submissions and compliance.
- Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare financial reports to give clients clarity and confidence in their finances.
- Handle data entry, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
- Finance and Invoicing: Handle invoicing, manage purchasing and finance-related paperwork, and raise and send invoices in Xero.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data, including customer and order information.
- Application and Paperwork Management: Process paperwork for energy providers, handle client documentation, and manage warranty claims.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Xero for financial tasks, handle data entry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping
- Certified Xero Advisor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity in BAS
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
