Golden Home Access is a California-based company that helps seniors live safely and independently in their homes by installing mobility equipment such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and grab bars.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to help us manage our finances and keep everything organized. If you love working with numbers and keeping financial records in order, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate and send invoices; track payments.
- Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursement.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with our team to improve financial workflows.
Bonus points if you can identify cost-saving strategies, assist with financial budgeting / forecasting, or offer U.S. tax strategies
