What you'll do:
Financial Mastery: Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with precision.
Smooth Operations: Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
Payroll Expertise: Handle payroll, calculate taxes, and ensure timely submissions.
Tax Compliance: Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations, and file returns accurately.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
What you'll need:
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Communication Ace: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Ninja: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred, QuickBooks, etc.).
Remote Ready: Set up for work-from-home (WFH) success.
Nice-to-Haves:
