Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper who is passionate about empowering businesses through accurate financial management and insightful analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Work as the second PH hire to streamline the bookkeeping business with the existing bookkeeping team.
- Manage transactions by accurately posting and categorizing them in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements for review.
- Review financial statements for accuracy and ensure they align with company standards.
- Analyze financial reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and provide accurate financial data for reporting.
- Assist with compliance and reporting tasks to meet company requirements.

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience QuickBooks Online.
- 5+ years experience as a bookkeeper managing multiple business accounts.
- Accounting Degree required.
- Strong understanding of transaction management and account reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare and review financial statements.
- Knowledge of financial analysis to identify potential discrepancies.
- Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of accounting principles.
- Take initiative to research and find solutions independently when needed.
- Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Incredible communication, including strong command of English language.
- Experience with Keeper App highly desired but not required

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

- $900-$1100 depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
