As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and ensure the smooth financial operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Bookkeeper at Bayside CPR & AED Training Center, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Expense Tracking: Record and categorize all business expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Financial Reporting: Generate graphical, easy-to-read monthly reports for business expenses, cash flow, and other financial metrics.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets to support the organization's financial goals.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
