Job Title: Booking Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Booking Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing and scheduling shifts for healthcare staff, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We will integrate you into our booking team to be a real member of our team, you will be using the phone to speak to your new team members, some clients and our own nurses! The hospitals have a lot of Philippine healthcare workers so you will feel very welcomed by everyone! We love the accent too!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule shifts for healthcare professionals based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records and manage booking systems.
Communicate effectively with staff and clients to confirm and adjust schedules as needed.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes promptly.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to bookings and payroll.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using scheduling software.
Attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Experience in healthcare staffing or a related field is a plus.
