Book Marketing Administrator

We are looking for a person to help expand the reach of our book on spirituality called Life Ascending: Unlocking Mental Wellbeing Through Timeless Wisdom and New Science by David Youngren, digital products, and brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing book reviews, booking podcast and media interviews, and researching influencers and speaking opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in book marketing, media outreach, and influencer collaboration, or a quick learner.

Book Reviews & Outreach
• Execute a book review campaign on Amazon and Goodreads, using NetGalley and Pubby and email campaigns
• Research and reach out to book bloggers, reviewers, and influencers to promote the book..
• Manage outreach for press coverage and media features.
• Track and organize review placements and maintain a follow-up system.

Podcast & Media Interviews
• Pitch the author to relevant podcasts, radio shows, YouTube channels, and online publications, using our step by step manual.
• Manage a tracking system for outreach, follow-ups, and booked interviews.
• Coordinate with podcast hosts and media contacts to schedule and prepare the author for interviews.

Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships
• Research potential influencers in the personal growth, spirituality, psychology, and mental wellbeing space.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies, identifying potential partners to promote the author’s books and courses for a commission through the website.
• Establish and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and online personalities who align with the author’s brand.
• Track affiliate sales and engagement to optimize campaign success.

Speaking & Event Opportunities
• Research and identify speaking engagements, conferences, summits, and panel discussions where the author can present based on directions by the author
• Pitch the author for guest speaking opportunities at events, virtual summits, and corporate programs.
