We are excited to announce an opening for a bilingual virtual property manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic and expanding multifamily real estate company. As we continue to grow and enhance our services, we are looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively manage our diverse portfolio and foster positive relationships with our tenants.
In this role, the ideal candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities that are vital to the smooth operation of our properties. You will be the primary point of contact for tenant relations, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in both English and Spanish will be crucial in building strong relationships with our tenants and creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
A key aspect of this position will involve coordinating and overseeing maintenance requests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance issues are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner, collaborating closely with maintenance staff and contractors to uphold the quality and safety of our properties.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include maintaining communication with current residents and engaging with prospective tenants interested in leasing.
To excel in this role, strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You will need to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both written and verbal. Being proactive and detail-oriented will contribute to your success in this position, as will your ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.

You’re a great fit if you:
Have an advanced understanding of English & Spanish (written and verbal).
Have property management experience (minimum 1 year).
Are detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver.
Have a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
Enjoy learning, take pride in your work, and are eager to grow in a cheerful, fast-paced work culture.
Required Skills:
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Advanced comprehension and communication in English & Spanish (both written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
Real estate administrative experience (preferably for a USA-based company).
Proficiency in Slack and Buildium property management software.
Tech Requirements:
High-speed, reliable internet with a wireless hotspot backup.
Updated computer with capability to run on a hotspot during power outages.
Key Responsibilities:
Income and expense tracking through accurate data entry.
Rent collection and sending past-due notices.
Communicate with prospective tenants interested in leasing opportunities.
Resident communications:
Preparing leases, background checks, and reviewing potential residents.
Electronic file management and maintenance.
