We are seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant with experience supporting US businesses. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, French, or Portuguese and has a proven ability to adapt to diverse cultural and work environments. Familiarity with the BPO industry is a plus, and an American accent is beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and customer support in English and either Spanish, French, or Portuguese
- Manage calendars,
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation in a timely and organized manner
- Adapt to the needs of international clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Engage in client communication, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and daily operations
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and either Spanish, French, or Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for US clients or companies
- Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in the BPO industry, with an American accent being a plus
- Ability to adapt to different cultures, time zones, and work styles
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
