Job Type: Part-time (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English and Spanish) to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Media Management (SMM) and Bookkeeping, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (SMM):
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics and posts, tailored to the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.

Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports as required.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
- Assist with project management tasks and coordination.
- Handle customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:
Language Skills:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.

Experience:
- Proven experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and Bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with GO HIGH LEVEL, bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
