Bilingual Truck Dispatcher (English/Spanish)-Remote

*Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient bilingual Truck Dispatcher to join our team in a remote role. This person will be responsible for finding loads for truck drivers, negotiating prices, and serving as an interpreter, as many of our truck drivers only speak Spanish. Additionally, they will be tasked with making cold calls to offer our dispatcher services and attract new clients.

*Responsibilities:
- Find and secure suitable loads for truck drivers.
- Negotiate rates and prices with clients and load providers.
- Act as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking truck drivers.
- Make cold calls to offer dispatcher services and attract new clients.
- Maintain constant communication with truck drivers and clients to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Record and keep updated information on loads, prices, and clients.

*Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- No prior experience required; we will train you from scratch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
