We are looking for a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company specializes in selling agricultural, industrial, and material handling machine parts and is dedicated to simplifying the process of buying parts for any machine. We need a proactive individual who can contribute to this mission and provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.
As a Bilingual Sales/CSR Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in both English and Spanish through various communication channels (phone,
- Helping customers find the right parts for their agricultural, industrial, or material-handling machines
- Providing excellent customer support, including handling inquiries, returns, and payment issues
- Identifying and solving problems related to orders and products
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customers receive a seamless experience
- Recording customer interactions and providing feedback to improve processes
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally handle customer inquiries
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions on time
- Familiarity with using online platforms and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of agricultural, industrial, or material-handling machine parts is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience working in a bilingual customer service or sales environment
- Experience with online ordering systems or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with parts lookup systems or catalogs
