Job Description:
We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team in the roofing industry. This role is perfect for a persuasive communicator who thrives in a sales environment and is comfortable closing deals over the phone and on camera.

You will handle inbound sales calls from Spanish-speaking roofing business owners generated through our paid ads, build trust, and convert leads into paying customers. Additionally, you may be asked to film short Spanish-language videos for ads and social media to help attract more leads.

Key Responsibilities:
? Handle Inbound Sales Calls – Take calls from roofing business owners who respond to our paid ads, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.
? Close Deals – Use consultative selling to overcome objections and convert leads into customers.
? Bilingual Communication – Comfortably switch between Spanish and English in sales conversations, emails, and follow-ups.
? Video Recording – Occasionally film short, engaging Spanish-language videos for ads, testimonials, or social media content.
? CRM Management – Track leads, follow up, and maintain records in our CRM system.
? Collaborate with Marketing – Provide feedback on ad performance and suggest improvements for Spanish-language campaigns.

Requirements:
? Fluent in Spanish & English (written and spoken) – Must be a native or near-native Spanish speaker.
? Sales Experience – Proven track record in phone sales, consultative selling, or closing deals (roofing/construction industry experience is a plus but not required).
? Persuasive & Confident – Strong ability to build rapport quickly and close deals.
? Comfortable on Camera – Willing to record short Spanish videos for ads (training provided if needed).
? Tech-Savvy – Familiar with CRMs, Google Workspace, and basic sales tools.
? Self-Motivated – Able to work independently in a remote role.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience in the roofing, construction, or home services industry.

Knowledge of digital marketing or paid ads (Meta, Google Ads).

Previous experience filming short-form video content.
