Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
Compensation: $115 USD per week + 2% commission on sales

At Legado Racewear, we specialize in creating custom race suits and gear, serving drivers in the racing community. We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (English and French Canadian) Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers, graphic designers, and production teams to deliver high-quality custom products and exceptional service to our Canadian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries, both online and over the phone, providing assistance with custom orders, design selections, and product recommendations.
Sales & Marketing: Conduct cold outreach to potential customers and generate new leads through various channels, including email and social media.
Order Management: Coordinate custom orders, ensuring accurate measurements and product specifications.
Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with the graphic design team to create personalized designs based on customer needs and preferences.
Product Organization: Organize and track orders, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Marketing: Assist with online marketing efforts to promote products and generate sales.
Requirements:

Fluent in both English and French Canadian (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally in both languages.
Prior experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a custom product or apparel environment.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in online communication tools and basic office software.
Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Weekly salary of $115 USD.
