Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Sales Representative at Mango Property, your role will involve conducting cold calls to property owners, generating leads for distressed properties, and providing customer service to prospective sellers. This remote position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. You will be responsible for identifying motivated sellers, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth process for property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to property owners, focusing on identifying distressed or fixer-upper properties and generating leads for acquisition.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads, gather relevant information about the property, and follow up with potential sellers.
Customer Service: Handle inbound inquiries from potential sellers, answer questions, and provide details about Mango Property’s services.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up on leads.
Meet Sales Goals: Achieve lead generation targets and help drive successful property acquisitions.
Bilingual Communication: Engage with property owners in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) – essential for handling cold calls and customer service in both languages.
Sales experience in real estate, especially in cold calling and lead generation, is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with property owners.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and manage customer interactions.
A proactive attitude and ability to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
