Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter with a background in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting in lead generation. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with experience in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Schedule appointments for financial advisors, sales teams, or consultants.
Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
Provide information on financial products and services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Answer client inquiries and assist with pre-qualification.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service within the financial industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, such as insurance, investments, or banking services.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High-speed internet and a reliable home office setup.
