Position: Bilingual Support Agent
Type: Remote Work (WFH)
Compensation: $6 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for two highly motivated and skilled bi-lingual agents who are fluent in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional phone and email support. As a part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding assistance to clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Respond promptly to emails, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and meet performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate support.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using email and call management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
