BigCommerce Specialist

Job Overview:
The BigCommerce Specialist will be responsible for adding new products to the website, editing product images that will be added to the website, improving product descriptions, updating product collections as needed & ensuring general website continuity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Make meaningful edits to BigCommerce site in order to improve functionality & performance
Work with an extensive product catalog - improving product photos, descriptions & listings
Edit product details in bulk using .csv & upload to website while ensuring website continuity & performance
Write & edit existing product descriptions on the site
Other general website duties that may include, but are not limited to:
Editing product collections (adding products, removing products, etc.)
Suggesting new website features to improve performance
Regularly spending time on the site to identify areas of improvement
General photoshop tasks to improve product images & create banners/images for the site

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a similar amount of professional experience
In depth experience with BigCommerce
Prior experience with Adobe photoshop or similar tool
Well organized & able to operate with very little supervision
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Excellent written & spoken English
