Job Title: Bid Coordinator and PQ Admin
Work Schedule: 7am - 3pm PST | with time tracker
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Bid Coordinator and PQ Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for sending Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and soliciting bids for each trade required in our projects. You will also assist the Prequalification (PQ) Coordinator in the Prequalification Process.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and send RFPs to potential bidders for various trades involved in projects.
-Manage and track incoming bids and proposals to ensure timely responses.
-Collaborate with the PQ Coordinator to facilitate a smooth Prequalification Process.
-Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
-Utilize Google Sheets to document and organize bid information effectively.
-Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including
Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
-Experience in handling administrative tasks, particularly involving
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Prior experience in a bidding or prequalification role is a plus, but not required.
