We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help keep everything organized and efficient. If you love creating order out of chaos, learning new skills, and taking ownership of your work, keep reading!
What You'll Be Doing
No two days will be the same! You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations smooth and seamless by handling:
? Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
CRM & Project Management in ClickUp – Keeping tasks, client info, and workflows organized.
Organizing and maintaining online files (Google Drive).
Ordering welcome gifts for clients.
Managing client documentation (collecting onboarding files, saving, organizing).
Client prospecting & research.
Filtering and prioritizing incoming
Designing branded materials in Canva.
Creating and updating process documentation.
Researching and pitching for podcast opportunities.
Conducting grant research.
? Occasional Tasks:
Social media management.
Travel planning.
Website updates & maintenance.
Email
Calendar management.
Additional research tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
???? Must-Have Qualifications
? ClickUp experience – You know how to manage tasks, workflows, and automation inside ClickUp.
? Canva experience – You can create polished, on-brand designs quickly.
? Tech-savvy & adaptable – You pick up new tools easily and love working with different software.
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English).
? Innate curiosity & love of learning – We’re always growing our skills here, and we want you to do the same!
? Highly organized & detail-oriented – You love keeping things in order and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
? Proactive & independent – You take initiative and solve problems before they happen.
? Nice-to-Have Qualifications
? AI experience – Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for productivity and content creation.
? Make or Zapier automation skills – Experience setting up workflows to streamline operations.
? Nonprofit experience – Familiarity with nonprofit operations, fundraising, or grant writing is a bonus!

Compensation & Contract Details
