How You'll Make a Difference
1) Customer Follow-Up: Get in touch with customers who’ve started shopping but haven’t quite finished. Whether it's a live chat, email, or call, you’ll be the one to reach out and guide them through our checkout process.
2) Order Conversion: Use your charm and communication skills to connect with customers, answer their questions, and make sure everything’s smooth so they can confidently hit that “Complete Purchase” button.
3) Customer Support: It’s about making every interaction meaningful. Show customers you’ve got their back and make their shopping experience feel amazing.
4) HAVE FUN at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!

What we’re looking for
1) Fluent English speaker with minimal to no accent
2) College graduate

Bonus Points (not required)
1) Graduated from Ateneo, UP, DLSU, UST, PUP or International Universities
2) Majored in: Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Accounting, Finance, or Mass Communication
3) Experience in Healthcare industry (doctor, pharmacist, dentist, nurse, etc)
4) Lived or traveled abroad (United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Middle East, Singapore)
