We are a US based house cleaning company looking for a part time, home based customer support agent to work with our customer support and sales department.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
Confirm all appointments, schedule and assign to cleaners and re-assign non committed customers to other days.
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls
Respond to customer questions via phone call,
Provide service quotes and conduct follow ups with the leads.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives)

This is a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills.
Business hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 7 pm. Eastern Standard time.
You will be working 3 days a week during various parts of our business hours.
$3.50 an hour to start, with raises every 6 months, and performance bonuses every 3 months.
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help learn our confirmation system, scheduling system, how to handle customer inquiries, complaints and quotes.
