We are a Canada-based house cleaning company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Update the contacts list in our CRM and organize them according to the proper categories.
3. Take inbound sales calls, customer requests, and complaints and make outbound calls.
4. Respond to customer questions via phone call,
5. Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow-up with the leads.
6. Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
7. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

You need to have excellent English Skills
Full-time position:
Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) $4.50/hr to start, with raises every six months, and performance bonuses every three months.
