Barcode & Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Barcode & SKU System Specialist with a strong background in eCommerce operations, Shopify, and the GS1 platform. This role is crucial to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate forecasting, and optimal stock levels. You will work closely with our 3PL partners and suppliers to maintain a seamless supply chain, keeping our inventory consistently well-stocked and our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage barcode and SKU systems for streamlined inventory tracking
Utilize Shopify and the GS1 platform to maintain organized product data
Oversee inventory management and stock forecasting to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
Coordinate regularly with 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Analyze sales data to inform inventory decisions and identify trends in demand
Qualifications:

Proven experience with barcode and SKU creation systems
Proficiency in Shopify and GS1 standards
Background in inventory management and demand forecasting
Understanding of eCommerce operations, particularly within a 3PL environment
Strong communication skills for supplier and 3PL collaboration
