Backlink Outreach Specialist

We're looking for a backlink outreach specialist to join our team.
You will need to understand how to use backlink analysis tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
You will need to have basic understandings of trust flow and citation flow.
You will be very good with email communications,and have great attention to detail.
You'll be asked to filter and vet websites with a specific criteria, and perform outreach to sites that meets these criteria.
You're going to be successful if you have good email etiquette and can be effective at a positive at repetitive processes.
You need to mention watermelon in the cover letter to be considered.
This job will have a bonus at the end of the month based on performance.

Here are some common criterias we wil be having for the sites we reach out:
Link Requirements
1. DA>30 links prefered
2. Real website with at least 1000 organic traffic
3. Website traffic cannot be declining (checked with Ahrefs)
4. Website needs to be in the following niche : Technology, Computer, AI, Business
5. No spammy links from fake High DA sites and/or post farms or PBNs
6. Trust Flow and Citation Flow needs to be higher than 15 (both)
7. One Link Per Domain, no repeat domains
8. Niche Edits/ Guest Posts accepted
9. Paid Link OKAY ( you will be provided with a budget)
10. Any English Speaking Country is fine (United States, Canada )
11. Foreign language sites is fine as long as DA/Traffic is high
12. I will provide you with a list of site to choose from and you will filter out these requirements
