We are looking for an experienced Background Screener to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks on individuals using company tools and resources.
- Perform detailed reviews of search results and determine if records are reportable to clients.
- Review incoming orders, identify, perform, and assign searches.
- Manage and process customer orders.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and support requests through phone and
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support additional office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience with the US Court System or working as a background screener.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant in the USA.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail in reviewing data.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
