Backend Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Sending out mass messages/PPVs to our audience.
- Editing scripts and hotkeys.
- Managing content requests and ensuring frequent posts are executed.
- Providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of chat management and engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Compensation:

$5 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance.
