As a Back End Manager, you will oversee key operational processes that drive the success of our online store. You will work closely with our customer service team, suppliers, and management to ensure high-quality products, smooth operations, and satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Calculate inquiry and claim rates per product using spreadsheets.
- Monitor key metrics such as refund rates, complaint rates, and product returns.
Customer Service Oversight:
- Supervise the customer service team to ensure fast and effective responses.
- Provide training and feedback to customer service agents to maintain high standards.
- Address escalated customer issues and ensure resolutions are achieved.

Supplier Collaboration:
- Conduct in-depth quality checks in partnership with suppliers to guarantee the highest product standards.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve quality or shipping issues.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports for the management team, providing insights into back-end operations.
- Highlight areas of improvement and suggest actionable strategies.
Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements.
- Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring tasks.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support promotional campaigns and ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to support the overall growth and success of the store.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record (required). Please provide detailed examples of past achievements in your application.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

- Experience in quality control or supplier management is a plus.
