Back-End Developer

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of back-end systems.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Monitor and improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Go (or a combination of these).
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus: Experience with GraphQL or serverless frameworks.
