Back-End Caller for Project Sourcing (Construction industry experience preferred)

Job Description:
We’re hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Back-End Caller to help identify and secure project opportunities for our clients. This role involves sourcing projects from the Dodge Construction Network and requires strong communication skills to engage effectively with potential project contacts.

We work in US timezone CST (for reference Minnesota, US time)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and call on project opportunities using the Dodge Construction Network platform.
• Gather project details, award dates, and awarding contacts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, project details, and responses.
• Collaborate with team members to align project sourcing with client needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with construction networks or platforms like Dodge Construction Network is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand construction plans to identify materials and scope of work
• Experience with GHL and Microsoft Suite
• Clear, professional phone communication skills with minimal accent.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and project tracking software.
