JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
Electro Premier Venture Int’l. Inc., Business Development Manager is responsible for helping the company obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts that align with the EMPLOYER's objectives and growth strategy. Will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritizes company growth and positive customer ratings
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs with private entities.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities and private relations, including updates on ongoing negotiations and contracts.
• Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
• Might be given other tasks and responsibilities as may be necessary or as determined by the EMPLOYER, provided these tasks are within the scope of the EMPLOYEE's expertise.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Sales)
• At least 3 years experience in the field of business development, sales or a relevant role
• Must be familiar with utility company and with proven record of sales growth
• With experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
• With strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• With sharp negotiation and networking skills
• With exceptional project management skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
