JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We're an Australian based health and wellness company that is expanding to the United States also.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Expert that has 3 years (or more) of BPO experience to join our dynamic team to enhance the customer experience throughout their time with us.

This role offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with client accounts, manage queries, and handle customer concerns and cancellation requests with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

We are ONLY looking for someone with extensive experience with at least 3 years or more of relevant work experience in BPO.

DUTIES:

> In-bound calls to our call centre require you have excellent english and can follow a script
> Out-bound calls require you know how to effectively use a CRM to engage customers
> Data entry skills require you have a high attention to detail
> Rescheduling appointments for Dietitians when needed
> And much more

It's a full-time role, that requires 6 days per week

This is NOT for newbies, people without specific experience and anyone that is not looking to establish a career path with us.

PAY:

$1,000 AUD p/month

+ Additional bonuses and company perks are available once you have successfully reached 6 months of tenure with the company.

A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

1 - Proven experience in a customer support role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

2 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.

3 - Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and preventing future concerns.

4 - Experience in customer complaints and handling difficult conversations is optimal

5 - Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, GoHighLevel, etc.)

6 - A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

7 - Time-management skills require you to be efficient in your work

MUST ALSO HAVE:

a - home office where you can work without distraction

b - fast internet with over 50mbps

c - high level computer with all required technology
