About the role
Currently seeking a BIM modeller to join our team.
You will be joining a successful team who work across different sectors of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive drawings, plans and diagrams
Coordination’s with the on-site management team and clients on drawing specifications and requirements
Understanding of construction workflow processes and priorities
Understanding the scope of works for subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or client requirements
Excellent efficiencies with highly detailed outcomes
Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet requirements
Attend project coordination meetings

High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in designs.
An analytical thinker who enjoys understanding how systems work together.
Experience with Aconex, Bluebeam, BIM, Revizto, Revit, dRofus.
