JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced BDM Sales Virtual Assistant for an Australian Company. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service and sales experience, excellent skills in client communication (written and verbal), and strong interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer calls ensuring client enquiries and needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Respond to various enquiries with professionalism and in a timely manner, maintaining high customer service standards
Follow up with clients
Manage client information, understand and address client needs
Perform a lot of calls involving sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent administrative skills.
Knowledgeable in using Trello or any similar application.
Must have a good CRM understanding.
Great ability to work proactively without supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Written communication is essential.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven customer support and sales experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters
Excellent and clear communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

JOB DETAILS

Working hours: 5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Rate: Php220 per hour
